Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Cheap TTS website, text-to-speech tools, dashboard, software development kits, and APIs. By accessing or using Cheap TTS, you agree to these terms.

1. The service

Cheap TTS provides tools that convert text into synthesized speech. Features, voices, usage limits, and availability may change as we improve the service.

2. Accounts and API credentials

• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity performed through your account.
• You must protect private credentials and configure allowed origins for browser-facing API keys.
• You must notify us promptly if you believe an account or credential has been compromised.

3. Acceptable use

You may use generated audio for lawful personal or commercial purposes, subject to applicable law and any rights attached to your source content. You may not use Cheap TTS to:

• violate intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights;
• impersonate, deceive, defraud, harass, or cause harm;
• create unlawful content or bypass technical and usage restrictions;
• interfere with the service, distribute malware, or probe the service for vulnerabilities without authorization.

4. Your content and generated audio

You retain responsibility for text and other content you submit. You confirm that you have the rights needed to process that content. We do not claim ownership of your submitted text or the audio generated for you.

5. Plans, limits, and payments

Some features may be free, limited, or paid. Prices, included usage, renewal terms, and applicable taxes will be shown before purchase. We may apply reasonable limits to protect service reliability and prevent abuse.

6. Third-party services

Cheap TTS may rely on third-party hosting, authentication, analytics, storage, payment, and open-source software providers. Your use of those components may also be subject to their applicable terms.

7. Availability and changes

We aim to provide a reliable service, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that every generated result will meet a particular need. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features when reasonably necessary.

8. Suspension and termination

We may restrict or terminate access when these terms are violated, when use creates risk for Cheap TTS or others, or when required by law. You may stop using the service at any time.

9. Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the extent permitted by law. Cheap TTS is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms to reflect changes to the service or legal requirements. The date above shows when the latest version took effect. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
